Supporting people with mental health conditions to return to work

In this formative evaluation, employment consultants from Workwise were integrated with general practices in Hamilton to support people who are experiencing a mental health condition to return to work.

The evaluation aimed to provide evidence on the design, implementation and early outcomes from employment programmes as part of general practice.
