On any given day, Work Counts will be having many conversations and connections with IPS employment consultants and clinical staff around Aotearoa New Zealand. We value our working relationships with operational leaders, funders and planners, service providers and non-governmental organisations who believe in employment as a health intervention and the transformation that it can bring.
Work Counts takes this opportunity to express our gratitude to all those that have made a difference in 2022. We have gathered some highlights from the past year into a snapshot that reflects our activity in supporting the development and delivery of IPS programmes and services, and initiatives from across the sector.
“As we reflect on 2022 and look forward to the year ahead, we are filled with appreciation for all of the individuals, teams and organisations that we work alongside. It’s a good time to take stock of what has been and what we have achieved, and we go forward being the purveyors of IPS employment support in Aotearoa New Zealand,” says Philleen Dickson, IPS Implementation Manager for Work Counts.
“We are driven daily by the passion shown by those working with adults and youth with mental health and addiction. It is the hard mahi that happens on the ground, and the good news stories that propel our work in systemic advocacy, implementation support and fidelity,” she adds.
