How can we be more effective in supporting people with mental health issues to return to or stay in work? Recently, a number of general practices in New Zealand partnered with Workwise to deliver integrated employment support services to people experiencing common mental health issues.
Te Pou’s formative evaluation of the programme found these types of integrated services are not only feasible but have considerable benefits for patients and GPs.
